Please read this agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using our website. This Agreement applies to you, and if you are using this web site on your employers behalf, to you and your employer. Using this website indicates that you accept this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement do not use this site. Image 2 Ltd reserves the right to alter this Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion, and your use of the site will be subject to the most current version posted on the site at the time of your use.

PRIVACY
While you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself in connection with ordering images, we will only use this information for fulfilling our obligations to you. By registering with us you agree that we may also send you by email or otherwise information about new products, services or other promotions from us or our affiliates or partners which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information, please amend your account profile or contact us at njr@image2photo.co.uk
TERMS OF BUSINESS
Accounts: strictly nett and payable 30 days from Invoice date.
VAT at the current rate is added to all orders.
Where no record of previous trading is established, we normally require an official order, and payment is requested on completion and delivery or collection of work, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We reserve the right to make an additional surcharge on overdue accounts to offset Debt Recovery costs.
Placing an order implies acceptance of our terms of business.
Notification of dissatisfaction and/or rejection of work must be within 7 days of receipt with clear and specific reasons. A cancellation fee may be charged for assignments called off with less than 24 hours notice. Small orders are subject to a minimum invoice fee to cover administration costs and rush charges may be incurred on short notice orders. Postage and packing, courier and other special delivery will be charged when appropriate.
Assignment Cancellation A 100% charge will be normally charged for assignments cancelled giving less than 12 hours notification. A 50% charge will normally apply for cancellations giving less than 2 days notification.
Print re-orders. All images are held on file to facilitate fast and economical service with quality control. It is helpful to quote reference numbers when re-ordering - a small search fee may otherwise be charged, if appropriate.
Ownership of Copyright. Through the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the copyright of any photograph, commissioned or otherwise, now rests with the photographer. To simplify, and to aid our clients, Image 2's usual policy is to grant license for the direct use only by the client for photo-mechanical reproduction and/or publication and this included in our initial fee as determined at the briefing. We reserve the right to withhold, or charge additionally for, rights of use when our work is copied or reproduced by any other party or used for a purpose not originally envisaged.
No rights are granted unless and until all sums due have been paid and clients are respectfully reminded that it is an offence in law to breach copyright. For our part, while retaining the copyright, we maintain a professional regard for client confidentiality. We reserve the right to alter our terms or charges without prior notice.
Property left with us for photography is held at client's risk.
TRADEMARKS
You acknowledge that Image 2 Photography is a registered trademark of Image 2 Ltd and that all rights in the mark are vested in the registered proprietor. No use of this trademark may be made by you without our prior written consent.
