Dear Patricia,

Just to say thank you very much for your tremendous efforts on Friday amid the chaos of tearful children and adults not wanting to be photographed too close to one another!  I'm sorry if you ran a little over time whilst waiting for Joe to smile.  There was definitely a faint glimmer of a smile by about 3.00 pm.  

Anyway, it was a very successful day and we are all looking forward to viewing the photos.
